The IFBB Academy (Singapore) comprises of both International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB HQ) and Tesseract Fitness Pte Ltd.
The IFBB Academy (Singapore) was established in January 2021 in order to meet the growing need for personal and fitness trainers in the health and fitness industry in Singapore.
With the growing interest in health and fitness to promote a healthier lifestyle and a means of social cohesion, the health and fitness industry has grown substantially over the past years.
The IFBB Academy (Singapore) provides the much-needed knowledge and skills required to empower individuals with the right tools to achieve success in the health and fitness industry

Registration procedure
- 1. Please complete the online registration form and we will contact you for the enrollment schedule & payment procedure.
- 2.The course materials will be sent by email after you have enrolled for the course.
*Please read the materials before you attend the course - 3.A total of 4 modules to be completed with our trainers and a test at the end of each module.
Module 1: Exercise Physiology
Module 2: Nutrition in Personal Training
Module 3: Training Cycle and Programs
Module 4: Sport Marketing
* Train and pass with confidence while you learn! - 4.Course will be conducted over
1 weekend – 9am to 6pm
Saturday 1/2 modules
Sunday 3/4 modulesTest will be conducted for 1 hour at 5pm to 6pm
- 5.Upon passing all the 4 modules, the certifications will be issued to successful participants by IFBB.
- 6.If any module is not cleared, the make-up session will be with the next intake and a payment of $50 will be required for each re-module.

Q: What is the minimum requirement to join the IFBB PT Course?
A: Minimum age 18 years old and above.
Q: How does the course compare to other institutions?
A: Our IFBB PT Course is accredited by the World International Federation Bodybuilding & Fitness and their IFBB HQ Academy in Spain. A PT card and is recognized all over the world.
Q: Competitive Pricing?
A: Yes, most PT Courses in the market focus only on Personal Training, but we provide
additional modules such as
1. Nutrition.
2. Sports Marketing and
3. No Annual Renewal fee.
Q: What is the procedure after payment is made?
A: We will send you the IFBB student information form to complete first, and the E-course materials (PDF) about one month before the course commencement for you to read them ahead of the course.
Q:I do not have any experience in fitness & gym workout, can I still join?
A: Yes, you will be able to learn the right skills & techniques to use the gym machines and conduct different workouts for different muscle groups effectively, and most importantly to prevent injuries.
Q: Can I pay by installments?
A: Yes, we allow up to 3 installments. Please contact our course coordinators for more
information so that we will be able to hold the slot for you.
Q: If I am not able to make it for the 1st intake, can I join the next intake?
A: Yes but the 1st instalment payment needs to be made first to hold the slot for you. Please inform our course coordinators so that we will be able to do so.
